The official language of the conference is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided
Visa Requirements
It is recommended that participants reach out to the Malaysian consulate in their home country or their travel agency for information on visa requirements. Participants are responsible for procuring a visa in advance if it is a requirement.
Liability and Insurance
It is important to note that the PGDIS 2024 Conference Secretariat cannot assume liability for personal accidents, or for the loss or damage of participants' personal belongings, either during the PGDIS 2024 Conference or as a result thereof. Participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance in their respective countries or providers.
Letter of Invitation
The Organiser is pleased to extend an offer to provide Letters of Invitation to individuals upon request. These letters are intended to facilitate visa applications and travel funding endeavors for potential participants. However, it is important to understand that the issuance of such letters does not imply any financial support commitment from the congress. You can request a letter as part of your online registration or by contacting the PGDIS Secretariat at admin@pgdis2024.com.
Congress Admission
Admission to the scientific sessions, exhibition areas and congress-related events is by name badge only. All participants are kindly requested to carry their personal badge received upon registration at all times while at the congress.
Recording Policy
To respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of our speakers and participants, recording and photography are not permitted during the event.
